What does exit poll mean?

An exit poll is a post-election survey by team of media house persons, which tends to predict the mood of the nation. It’s an opinion poll showing how many seats a political party will likely win. The exit poll agencies took a sample size and based on pre structured questionnaire ask questions to voters when they come out after voting. In some of the exit polls, dummy Ballet papers and Ballet box is used by survey agencies to maintain the confidential of voting.  It must be noted that exit polls are different from official elections results.

Poll of the Poll

The workers of BJP are also of the opinion that they  fought the elections on the behalf of PM Narendra Modi and only on face of PM Narendra Modi. Every karyakarta of BJP was Narendra Modi.

“Every exit poll is showing that we will win at least 350 seats or more. I believe our mission of ‘abki baar 400 paar’ will be completed definitely and we will win much more seats than that,” BJP spokesperson Pratul Sahdeo told PTI.

“People of this country have made up their mind to make PM Modi the Prime Minister for the third time. The Exit Polls are in line with the same. I think the results that will come on 4th June will be exactly like the Exit Polls. Results in Rajasthan will be good too..,” Union Minister and BJP candidate from Bikaner Lok Sabha seat, Arjun Ram Meghwal told ANI .

“On 4th June, BJP will form the government with strong majority…PM Modi will become the Prime Minister again…The public understands that the BJP works to save the Constitution…The opposition has no vision, agenda, policy….,” BJP leader Aparna Yadav told ANI.
