Fighter (March 21)

A thrilling aerial action film directed by Siddharth Anand, Fighter unfolds in Srinagar, where a group of skilled Indian Air Force pilots, known as “Air Dragons” is tasked with countering a terrorist threat to India. The narrative explores the 2019 Pulwama attack, the 2019 Balakot airstrike and the 2019 Indo-Pak border altercations through intense aerial battles, personal loss and acts of bravery. It stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover and Akshay Oberoi in pivotal roles.

Shirley is a biographical drama that intimately portrays Shirley Chisholm (played by Regina King), the first Black Congresswoman as well as the first Black woman to run for President of the United States. The film highlights her groundbreaking 1972 presidential campaign, drawing on exclusive conversations with those who knew her well. It also explores the personal and political challenges she faced while underlining the significant cost of her accomplishments.

Anatomy of A Fall (March 22)

A gripping French drama, Anatomy of A Fall explores the intricate aftermath of a tragic death within a family. Sandra is a writer who becomes embroiled in a legal battle to prove her innocence following her husband Samuel’s demise after falling from the open attic window. Their visually impaired son, Daniel, provides conflicting accounts of the events leading up to the tragedy, further complicating the investigation.
