According to police, builder Satyendra Singh Sahni, also known as Baba Sahni, had stated in his suicide note that the Gupta brothers — Anil Gupta and Ajay Gupta — had been threatening him over financial matters related to a partnership project. Sahni has also addressed the suicide note to the Prime Minister and Uttarakhand Chief Minister.

Due to this, he got so scared that when the police did not do anything on his complaint, he committed suicide. The police is also preparing to send this recording to the forensic lab for investigation.

After this, ED also came into action. Recently, ED officials met the SSP Dehradun and collected details of the entire case. All the documents have been handed over to ED by the police.
