When the police investigated the matter, It was found that Gupta brothers gave a complaint to SSP Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) because Sahni had already made a complaint against them to Dehradun police.

According to police sources, there is also a recording in Ajay Gupta’s mobile regarding threatening Sahni. In this entire conversation, Ajay Gupta has threatened Sahni several times. Due to this, he got so scared that when the police did not do anything on his complaint, he committed suicide. The police is also preparing to send this recording to the forensic lab for investigation.

When the police investigated the investments of Gupta’s companies, it was found that they had invested more than Rs 40 crore with the intention of money laundering. After this, ED also came into action. Recently, ED officials met the SSP Dehradun and collected details of the entire case. All the documents have been handed over to ED by the police. In such a situation, ED can also attach these projects. If this happens, then in the coming time a big crisis can also arise for the investors.
