Patna: The streets of Patna erupted in fury today as a private school was targeted by an outraged crowd following the discovery of a three-year-old child’s body on the premises. According to initial reports, the grim find was made when the child’s family launched a frantic search after he failed to return home from school. Suspicions arose as school authorities allegedly attempted to deflect inquiries about the child’s whereabouts, heightening concern among family members.
Determined to uncover the truth, the family persisted in their search, leading to the horrifying discovery. Deep within the school grounds, hidden inside a drainage gutter, lay the body of the three-year-old.
Local authorities were swiftly notified, prompting law enforcement officials to arrive at the scene. Patna Superintendent of Police Chandra Prakash stated that the investigation is ongoing, noting that the child was seen entering the school but not leaving.

“In the CCTV footage, we saw the child entering the school, but there is no footage of him leaving the premises. We will investigate this as a murder case since the body was hidden, indicating criminal intent. We have detained three persons, and the inquiry is ongoing,” Chandra Prakash told the media.
The child’s family and community members have taken to the streets, demanding swift justice. Protesters have set several vehicles and parts of the school’s walls on fire. The angry crowd has also blocked the roads leading to the school.
