India is now home to a unique theme park based on the vedas. It is the country’s first vedic theme park called Ved Van which has opened in Noida.
The park is home to over 50,000 plants and trees spread across the site. These include banyan and neem, kalpavriksha and coconut, which are mentioned in vedic literature as well. Additionally, the space highlights the ancient text and is a mix of the Indian culture, natural beauty and history.
Here’s more about Ved Van, India’s first vedic theme park
Located in Noida Sector 78, the park has been built with a budget of INR 27 crore. It caters to residents of Sectors 74 to 79 as it is nearby. However, anyone else who wants to experience the space can easily visit. The park’s site was a trash yard earlier, and to make the land construction-friendly, soil compression was carried out. Additionally, trees were planted after the soil was disturbed.
For entertainment and educational purposes, the park organises a Vedic-themed laser show for guests as well. Adding to the overall experience is an amphitheater powered by solar lights as well as an outdoor gym providing eco-friendly amenities.
