By using BharatScope you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. They are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

• You may sign in with Puvio or with a one-time code sent to your mobile number.
• Keep control of the identity you sign in with; activity on your account is your responsibility.
• One person per account. Sharing member credentials is not permitted.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, or attempts to defeat rate limits.

• The membership is ₹399 for 12 months from the date payment succeeds.
• It unlocks the AI-curated wire, member-only sections and your personal dashboard.
• It does not renew automatically unless you are told so at checkout.
• Prices may change; a change never affects a term you have already paid for.

Original BharatScope reporting, explainers and data work are ours. Wire headlines, summaries and links are drawn from publishers' public feeds and news APIs, remain the property of those publishers, and link back to them. We do not claim ownership of their work, and we are not responsible for its accuracy.

Ranking, de-duplication and "why it matters" notes are produced with AI assistance under editorial rules. They are aids to understanding, not financial, legal, medical or electoral advice, and can be wrong. Verify before acting on them.

• No republishing our original work at scale without written permission.
• No automated scraping, bulk downloading or resale of the feed.
• No attempts to breach security, other accounts, or our rate limits.

We work to keep BharatScope available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
